Welcome to the website of 90 (Speke) Squadron of the Air Training Corps. If you are a visitor to our site,please feel free to look around and learn a little of what we do and how we fit into our Community.
The Air Cadet Organisation offers a wide variety of activities to young people aged 13-18 in addition to many challenges and opportunities available to our adult volunteers. Cadets who attend 90 (Speke) Squadron will be provided with such skills as leadership, communication, discipline and self confidence. The Squadron offers numerous opportunities to our Cadets such as flying, target shooting, camps, sports and adventure training activities.
Our success as a Squadron is the culmination of the hard work of every Cadet and Staff member, we have very high standards, aiming to 'exceed' defined by our Squadron motto. We lead especially in activities such as Drill (being the Merseyside Wing Drill Champions for two successive years), Shooting, Athletics, Hockey, Football and many more as the current holder (2008) of the Best Overall at Sports Trophy for the Merseyside Wing. As a part of 90 Squadron you become part of a competitive team who believe they are the best, and strive to do their best in all activities they pursue.
